Starbucks 2025 Leadership Conference

Las Vegas, NV

For the Starbucks 2025 Leadership Conference, Experiential Designer Todd Nordling worked with Touch Worldwide to create a deeply immersive experience for over 14,500 employees.

The objective was to fabricate 500,000 square feet of custom scenic work that would form the foundation for a series of unique, hands-on brand activations in the Mandalay Bay Conference Halls.

To bring our grand design for the “All About Coffee” Pavilion to life, an environment focused on human connection and the craft of coffee, we partnered with corporate event scenic fabricator Two Eighteen in Las Vegas.

Chicago welcomed Starbucks store managers and field leaders from around the US and Canada for their Leadership Experience 2019.

It was a true celebration of the power of more than 12,000 Starbucks leaders coming together to reaffirm “Our Mission” and completely reimagine what’s possible. It was the largest partner experience in the company’s history.
